It concerns the design both of the services these technologies might offer, and
the quality of our experience of interacting with them. I
am a multimedia and user interface design professional with over 7.5 years of
industrial experience in traditional and new media- from advertising and in-flight
entertainment to multimedia CD-ROMs and eLearning. My
educational background comprises of a Masters degree in Visual Communication Design
